Book a counter seat, watch the preparation, chat with the chefs and taste the best sushi in town. Great selection of saki as well, recommend the Dashi 23, it's incredibly smooth and tasty. The specials board is worth checking out and be sure to order one of the rainbow special sushi rolls. Probably best to book in advance as every table in this lovely small restaurant was taken.
